Silent Lake (2013) is a Horror film that follows peter and Linda, a young couple from the UK, decide to spend a week in Eastern Europe. They go to Poland. They use a small camera to record their journey. Karol, Peter’s stepbrother, picks them up from the airport. The three of them set off to Masuria where they rent a small sailing boat and sail out on a lake. At first, they have a splendid time. They sail, make love and explore the beauty of pristine lakes. One day, they discover an abandoned training ground near Giżycko. Their perfect holiday does not last long.
